Critical problem since patch

Hi since the patch I have problem with critical strikes on my SW with Firebolt.. I did few copy of combat log there are 7 uses of firebolt before it crited but it was actually like 15... my record counted to 32 and I don't get how I can do 32 non crit in row with a 50% crit chance... the problem is around 45-50% if you have closer to 50% you crit almost every time if you are closer to 45... you can do like 30 noncrits...

    I've been suspecting a streaky RNG for a while now (one that doesn't re-seed often). I often get long streaks of skill kit failures -- as many as 9 in a row. The probability of 9 consecutive failures is 0.25^9, or 0.000003814697265625.

    I don't have a sw so I am just assuming this based off my cw.

    I am guessing that fiery bolt is a DOT? If so, if the first hit doesn't crit, the rest of the encounter won't. It happens with CW conduit of ice, icy terrain, ray of enfeeble.

    But if the first hit does crit, the whole DOT will crit.

    But if it is not a DOT, then it looks bugged to me.
