Version Missmatch

I played an hour ago tried to log back on and I keep getting this error version mismatch I exit but it will not patch (fairly sure no patch came in in the last hour)

    try rebooting your computer. If that doesn't work completely uninstall neverwinter and reinstall it. I have a feeling something probably got messed up in a text file somewhere.

    That worked once played a little last night and this morning I am getting the same thing. I did a complet reinstall useing arc ( had been useing steam). Is there any way to maualy tell the game to try and update?
