No worries. It will be available for Zen eventually.

Unlike the belts, you are guaranteed to be able to get a book, just by grinding. Sure...it will take three weeks or so to collect the 100 seals and 100 secrets needed, but it is guaranteed - so, not really an issue.

I have done arround 100 EPIC skrim runs, and spent arround 80 ZEN keys on it. Yeah im that stupid. Most of my decent loot came from the normal chest. From the ZEN chest i only get rank 5 enchants. every single time. The normal chest has dropped epic head and some other PvE HAMSTER i will never need because HV is still superior. But other then that, still no belt, still wrong artifact weapon, still no boon book.
Are we gonna farm months to finally get a "book" to complete a stupid boon ?
P.S : done about 80 Skirmishes runs, no Belt, no "book".
What do you think ?
When i get to that point (my dragon campaign is still at the beginning) where i need something to farm for months i will close the game, take a break for those few months i have something better to do in real life with that time . By the time when i come back to the game this thing will become history ,easier to get with the new game patches.
This works best since open beta release
Online games ,and not only, are like the wine, the older the better . Drops rates, upgrades chances are the subject to perma modify and don't believe it when you see a percent of 70% ( upgrade or drop chance) displayed text ,in the game engine the real percent can be 60% or less.
Also i'm not the fan of the "be the 1st who wears/equips/buys that skill/boon/mount/pet"
open beta player of some PWE games - north america launched versions:

- Neverwinter open beta June, 2013 Daily Foundry "Canyon of the Dead" ( NW-DBPJYKMRE ) - dungeon

With the feedbacks from my friends, and other people, it seems like buggued, the drop are almost ALWAYS rank 5 with the chest opened with keys.

LOL epic head? That's a heck of a lot better than any stupid book! Sign me up for some of that epic head!
I've seen people get super lucky on this and make 10m AD in an hour, it's pretty obvious it's all RNG here. So far it looks like 9/10 for rank 5 + ID scroll, .9/10 draconic/infernal/glyphs and .1/10 for book/belt. The gem is rare too but it's drop rate is likely much better than the book and belts, but worse than the gear/glyphs.
No, NWN was an entirely awesome game series. Partly the reason I came to play NWO
Well sorry, made a mistake, in my case, I don't know almost nothing about D&D nor forgotten realms, but I think the same about NWN, what did bring me here was exactly that... Neverwinter Nights and his expansions, especially Neverwinter Nights... for me the best RPG game ever.

Oh you're right, I forgot that.
But this is still ...
LONG. 3 weeks*2 for 2 books, 1 hour a day ... aw.

Too bad you can not say the same for NWO.
