Just started playing again.

My question do i have to buy the Scourge Warlock Booster Pack in the zenmarket to unlock the new dungeons etc??

Or is it purely the items you get for buying it.

The reason i ask is that i just bought the dragonborn pack to unlock the new race etc so i dont want to spend more money than needed.

The Scourge Warlock Booster pack only includes the items listed on its pack website.

The Warlock class and the Tyranny of Dragons campaign and dungeons are open to everyone.

I hope that clears some things up :)

yes it does (THANKS) and i love the dragon born race... as a fan of the old farscape tv show you can only love and fear a race which resembles Scorpius so much :P

The pack is quite useful - the companion has a pretty good active bonus, (+5% crit severity), and the extra bag are good too. The fact that the companion is account-wide is what made this a must-have for me. She's not too bad in combat, either.

You can collect all the stuff from the pack on every character on the account that bought it from the reward vendor in protectors enclave.

With one exception, the bag of holding can only be claimed once. Everything else can be claimed as many times as you like, on any and all characters.

I haven't bought the Warlock pack, but I did buy the Ranger pack, and I can say it was (and it still is) a good investment.
The Erinyes companion seems a lot better than the Hawk companion that came with the Ranger pack, because of it's active bonus, which is good for any character. The hood and cloak are good for new characters, and, of course, the greater bag of holding is very usefull. The Adventurer's Helper Pack has some good stuff in it, but if you don't intend on using it yourself you can sell what's inside (if they didn't make the content BoP now)
If I were to chose between the Hunter and the Warlock packs, I would chose the Warlock one, simply because of the companion that comes with it. Maybe I'll buy the Warlock pack too later this month :D Right now I'm on vacation, so I'm taking a bit of a brake.

For a ranged character, the hawk companion's active bonus can be nice. The Erinyes' active is really good on characters that have a high enough crit to make it worth while. As for the companions themselves, I prefer the Erinyes.

I actually had zen saved up to buy the Warlock pack and I am not disappointed. I love the Erinyes companion! Everything else is okay, but the companion seals the deal for me.
