So, i have ioun stone of allure, just got it from AH.
What i wanna ask is can you receive the bonus stats or benefits from Ioun stone to "PvP"

    Nope, all companions are PvE only, including augment companions.

    Only open pvp. If they allowed it in pv it would cause massive imbalances. Oh wait that already exists.

    As others have said, no it won't help in PvP outside IWD. You should look into getting artifacts and enchants instead.
    Hoping for improvements...
