Best artifacts for GW, CW and SW?

I am planning on focusing on (two of) these three classes for PvE and was wondering what people's thoughts are on the best cheapish artifacts for each class. I also have an HR but am not sure if I will ever have time for the boon grind on him...

I have access to GWF, CW, HR, DC class artifacts, the Heart of the Dragon artifact and can afford to buy Rod of Imperial Restraints as they are fairly cheap.

Currently for quest artifacts my:

GWF has a Waters
CW has a Lantern
SW has a Waters
HR has a Waters

    That DC artifact should probably be a shoe-in, grab it and then upgrade it during double RP weekend. For various reasons, it's like monkey crack for SW, pretty decent for others too.

    DC artefact, I agree.
    Chars: CW, DC, GF, GWF, HR and TR.

    DC artifact (epic) + (CA)MoF CW = 3-4 continuous OF

    Best artifact for a CW is DC's, by far. GWF's is the best for all classes, except for CWs, but still are the 2nd best for them.

    For the 3rd artifact, it will depend on your build/money.

    This is not true for a SW, DC is by far the best for a SW :) Still debating if I want to use a GWF arti at all on mine (since I have them all unlocked).

    So if I understand correctly;

    DC (active), GWF (passsive) and Heart of the Dragon (passive)

    would would well on all classes, especially CW and SW.

    Is there any classes for which the GWF or Dragon artifact would be better as the active?

    I prefer GWF's as the active artifact for melee classes since it increases damage dealt and reduces incoming damage.

    Interesting point - so something like

    CW/SW:

    DC (Active)
    GWF
    Heart of Dragon



    GWF:

    GWF (Active)

    would work fairly well?


    Any idea where a HR would fit into this meta? Also would a Rod of Imperial Restraint be a good choice for a CW or SW as it is fairly cheap to buy?

    In my HR I use GWF's, HR's and Heart of the Dragon. There is no need, imo, for more AP gain, since HR's dailies typically use 25% or 50% of AP.
