Which Skermish gives Forbidden Lores?
A part from the usual daily missions where can I find extra Forbidden Lores?

    Nowhere apart from the campaign daily quests.

    And Thayan Ciphers? What are the other ways a part from dailies and coffers ?

    I don't think there is anything else except for perhaps the special tokens that could be in the lockboxes during mod 2. You could turn those in and I think get cyphers and scrolls or something like that. They had them for Sharandar and I think also for IWD. Like the Dragon Steel Scales(not sure of the exact title) you can get in ToD.
