So far I have gotten both the Bone Longbow and Blades for my ranger >level 60< and both have the same message about upgrading as you progress. Not sure what that means ( progress in level or in the campaign window ) or if you can upgrade in professions.
If you can't afford the Ancient Mulholorand (or however you spell it) Gear, it's the best Leveling Set you are going to get. If you play a Warlock and you aren't an AD multimillionaire, then its the best you're going to get, period, at least until you can start Farming your own Purples.
