Let's do something about false advertising (BoP Mounts/Companions)

Hello forum!

I know that I'm not the only person who's 'shocked' and 'appalled' by the lack of response and ethical treatment of the issue surrounding things which are advertised as BoE being BoP instead. I wasted more time than I'd like to recollect to the event because I planned on selling what I farmed for, but now, like many others who've done the same, I've found that this will not be possible. Do I want a green mount on all of my accounts? No, no I do not. I want the AD that I thought that I was farming for.

PWE is doing nothing about this, though. Instead of JUST making forum threads about it, I thought that I'd bring to everyone's attention the fact that we're much more likely to get a result if we hurt PWE somewhere: my suggestion is using the BBB. They're instated to protect consumers from this type of bologna, and we should use everything we can.

    It isn't only this stuff that is BoP rather than the advertised BoP. The Pseudodragon from the dragon scales..that I worked so HARD to get, and spent money getting is NOT BoE as it states and bound to my character the moment I spent the dragon scales to get it....complete rip off and I am NOT happy! So if you plan on ever getting that DON'T! unless you want it on that particular toon... I wanted it for a different toon on the account but I guess now It's just wasted inventory space and money.

    Sorry, but this sort of thing just isn't permitted on our forums, per rule 3.15. Hostile demands, ultimatums, threats, and the like are prohibited.
