Royal Guard 4set bonus

As more and more HR's figure out that the 4set bonus of Royal Guard seems to have no ICD, the outbreak is near. Maybe it has one, but very very short, I am not sure. Either way, 30% less CD, and it procs a lot. That is just broken and no way it can be intended.

I main a HR so this is not a QQ thread, just pointing out that something is being abused and has to be fixed.

    As a CW, I have faced HR using this set and I feel there is pretty much no defense against a HR using it, HR > CW, but I love CW so I don't know what to do, I am working on being able to compete against this type of enemy right now with some tweaks, but I fear there is possibly nothing that can be done, I am not sure there is any single class that can 1v1 a HR who knows enough about HR. A non-geared HR is fine, but I expect to have a chance as a CW against a HR If equally geared. That's my 2 cents. Thanks.

    lol if u are a cw and have problens killing anything on pvp, then the problem isn't on the target but on yourself. just learn how to play, my pve cw can kill any target on pvp, and i only need hold right mouse to do it.
    HR's royal guard is fine to me, Stop crying on foruns for everything, first learn to play. Or u guys want to avrything dies as ur wishes???? wanna look at your target and then die instantly???

    It seems to have some sort of an ICD actually.
    While the buff itself will proc more often, if you pay attention to your cooldowns, they only decrease sometimes, not always, and usually seems to be around 1 every 30 seconds that actually works.

    Hmm maybe it should proc more often!

    The set bonus is nice but so is the set bonus from sets like High Vizier. It's not game-breaking and a PVP HR is giving up tenacity and some healing to use it.

    If they nerf it, HRs will just go back to using Profound, and they'll be moving 20% faster and healing for more.
