How to transfer Artifacts from one character to the other and how to get sigils?
I have 2 level 60 characters and I thought I could bring one artifact to the other character I have, but I can't mail it.
Moreover I thought once we get an artifact from our second level 60 the Sigil in the gift shop will be unlocked, but I can't get those too. Did I get wrong info on this? Can you help?
Thanks

I think you are referring to the special Icewind Dale Class Artifact.
Did you do the Mission in the Tavern in Icewind Dale to get your Class Artifact yet?
If so, did you it on characters of differing Classes?
If you have, then you get them from the Claims Agent in Protectors Enclave under the Level 60 Tab.
Note: Your characters has to be Level 60 to claim the Artifacts.
ONLY these special Class Artifacts can be claimed like this.
The Dragonborn Pack Artifact is claimed by getting your Pack from the Claims Agent, if you have bought it.

'Wen considered the nature of time and understood that the universe is, instant by instant, recreated anew. Therefore, he understood, there is in truth no past, only a memory of the past. Blink your eyes, and the world you see next did not exist when you closed them. Therefore, he said, the only appropriate state of the mind is surprise. The only appropriate state of the heart is joy. The sky you see now, you have never seen before. The perfect moment is now. Be glad of it.' Terry Pratchet The Thief Of Time

This part is incorrect. My SW could have claimed all the class artifacts (except the SW one, of course) as soon as she hit PE.

In fact, Sgt. Knox gives you a quest to go there and check out the level 60 claims tab.

You can only equip one artifact before level 60, but I claimed the ones I wanted right away, and I've been leveling them as she quests.

    My bad.
Since those things were introduced I've been focusing on getting all of my stable of Alts. up to 60, and now through Sharendar and The Dread Ring. My only new Toon has been my Dragonborn Warlock and he used the Pack Artifact.

Ok hold on, guys you have to undestand who askes questions is because knows little of nothing of what's happening.
I could understand something of Jorifice, but nothing of darkstarcrash with all those abbreviations.
Ok so I have to do a quest to unlock the class artifact (sigil) or Icewind Dale Class Artifact, right?
what's the quest name? 2 characters are level 60, both have been 60 for a while but I have never meet this quest that gives the sigils...umm?!
I assume The Dragonborn Pack Artifact is a pack you buy with zen.
That's pretty much what am I getting so far.
    Thanks for the help

You need 3 boons of either Sharandar or Dread Ring..

    That's your problem.

ok so 3 boons for each character or I can get sigils for any characters if I have 3 boons only for 1 character?
Moreover can I send the sigil from one character to the other?
So there is no way to get the healing artifact I have unlocked to my other character which has the power one?
If not what other way I have to get the healing one, auction?
    Thanks guys

Maybe a little research on the Internet could help you with the very basics. Search for "Neverwinter GS" and be amazed at the power of modern technology.

Yes. The quest is in Icewind Dale (IWD). Find the tavern and the shady looking pirate named jarlaxle near the fireplace in the back. He'll give you the quest to unlock the sigil of the class you're currently playing with. After completing that quest, any character on your account can claim that artifact at any level at the rewards vendor on the "level 60" tab. If you want a sigil from another class, you'll have to do the same with that class before you can claim it on another character.

Note that you have to qualify for IWD before you can go there. You need 3 boons from 1 of the previous campaigns and a 10k GS to enter. Once you qualify, talk to Knox and he'll direct you to the sailor that will take you to IWD. Then proceed as stated above.

There are other artifacts besides the one you get around lvl 20. Most of them drop from lockboxes or are rare drops. Doing PvP and gaining glory can give you an artifact as well.
You actually need to have 2 level 60 characters that have visited IWD before you can take the quest for the class artifacts.
