companions from dragon scale

companion from dragon scale written BOE and if u buy them they become bound .
anybody having same problem .
i collected 60 dragon scale to buy ioun stone to use on my other toon , since i already have radiance and allure stone both level 30 and wanted that 1 for other toon but now stuck with that too .
:(
anybody having same problem?

    Someone mentioned this also happened to them in chat.

    It would be nice to know if it is WAI and the tooltip is incorrect or vice-versa.

    I do hope it's just a bug as the tooltip says it's all boe :/

    just bought them on preview on five alts i copied and all are bound. :(
    another costing bug from PVE.
    tooltip says something and they give something else :(

    I have bug reported this multiple times in game as well as in the appropriate forum. The tickets in game are closed without a response (and then vanish) and no devs have responded in the forum either. :(
