Silvery Dragon Scale items NOT BoE!

I picked up a pseudodragon from the silvery dragonscale vendor and it said "bind on equip," yet is is now character bound as soon as it was in my inventory! It should not be a BoP item and it was NOT labeled as such.

Yes i was dismayed to find this too. Not only the Pseudodragon, but The Red Dragon Ioun Stone is also described as BoE but becomes bound as soon as it is purchased.

These things ain't cheap to get hold of Cryptic, lets get them fixed to BoE ASAP.

in additopn to those items, the "endless" water items purchaseable at the sunite event vendor say they are bound on equip but are actually bound on pickup, I wouldn't be suprised if its the same with the mounts that can be purchased with the favor since they say bind on equip too

As I recall, something like this has happened before, back in Module 1 or 2 I beleive.

Where a bunch of things that werent supposed to be Bind on Equip became bind on equip and some things that were supposed to be bind on pick up became bind on equip.

Though this time it seems to be mostly bind on equip stuff becoming bind on pickup.

All of the enchants (Draconic Rank 8, Dragon Hoard Enchantmet, and all the Blue, Red etc) in the dragonborn pack, which are meant to be Bind on Equip, are apparently coming up as Bind on Account at the moment.

Everyone that previously bought it apparently had them BoE, but some got it today and have found them BoA. I assume this is a bug also.

Yes, the mounts from the midsummer event are also bound as soon as you purchase them. A lot of items that have BoE in their description gets bound as soon as you purchase them. I haven't even touched the festival since the armored boar i've purchased using trade bars got bound after purchase. I wouldn't be surprised if the pigs are BoP too and the potions would disappear from you inventory after the event ends.

I have bug reported this in game several times, but the ticket vanishes with no response.

Any chance of a Dev response here?

I am getting an issue where when I buy on the zen market it says due to account activity everything is BOA, I don't understand cause I have never bought and sold AD and stuff. I report alot of people doing that, so who knows.

Well, I just made a costly mistake! I double checked the vendor and saw that the pig companion was BOE...so, hoping it to be a good investment to make a little AD, I used almost 200 Trade-bars to acquire enough Favors of Sune to purchase the pig companion. When it arrived in my inventory, it was bound to me! It's false advertising and I want my trade bars back!!

Spent time getting enough dune coins to purchase Sunite steed for my alt which is marketed as BOE when it was actually BOP. If I had known these mounts were BOP I would have purchased the blue ribbon pig mount, I'm very disappointed. I have already reported this as a bug as many others have done and I think it would just be good business if we could get a response from someone which at the very least says you are checking into the issue it would go miles towards keeping the trust of your client base.
