today 8/29/2014 in Whispering Caverns there wasn't enough channels ,all the channels had 40 ppl in them
And VILITHRAX went down in seconds,because most of that 40 ppl where on the dragon
And you get lag ,heavy lag
Now the weekend are coming it will be a armageddon
and the dragons should spawn like min. apart,so you won't get too much ppl in 1 channel

You mean "more instances".
What you actually need is a lower number of players per instance - 20 would be good...15 would be even better.
Moreover, you also would want people not be able to invite people into an instance that is already "full", as you can get over 40 people that way.
in my opinion, what is more of an issue, is people are requesting invites from other people in instances where the dragons are due to spawn, resulting in a perpetual state of instance hopping. this is why one second there are a couple of players, then all of a sudden BOOM! 30 players & more.
why they set it so the spawn time staggers is beyond me, a better solution would be to have the dragons spawn at the same on all instances at set intervals of 10 minutes instead of what it is now.

they should decrease the number of people on each instance and add more instances. and also buff the dragon hp, it is ridiculous that he is killed in less than 20 seconds
The number of instances is not set, only the player count limit per instance. Once a newcomer cannot fit into any of the existing instances, a new one is created.
What you want to ask for is to lower the player cap, which for some reason is a lot higher for whispering caverns than for other adventuring zones.

I don't disagree with you, I have done it myself, but only because I can. nothing is more off-putting than going to a particular zone to do the quests, only to find there is something like 19:47 left on the countdown clock on the instance you've been thrown into.

This would make it much better.
I LIKE the 10 minute synchronized dragon timer idea.
