Selling/giving pvp boons and Icewind Dale pvp tasks

Hello every1!
I'm here to ask is selling/giving pvp boons and IWD tasks can be punished by ban or smth like this? Becouse it's 3rd day in a row when i meet one guild(@ololinus = contanct me in-game if ur intrested which one) that is giving or selling to other guild m8's pvp kills in dwarven valley. And no, it's not friendly-inside-guild-pvp, one person is from AB, three others are TT, TT is taking AB's hp to half for more pvp tasks(250 kills/assits when below 1/2 hp), and then "afk" and w8 for AB to kill them for 2xdoublekill(75 doubles) and 1xtriple(30 triples). Ya, i know that im not loosing anything from this, but when i come to them and ask for 1vs1(they think they are pros) response is "u fap to killed ppl" "go away overgeared moneygay kid", so well, if not for cheating, they should be punished by offense...

Heck, what if they start re-enacting an elaborate betrayal scene as part of a roleplay? Do you stand by wait until one of them breaks character to start whistle-blowing?
