I noticed that against TRs and HRs, many times i get them, stun them, they stop and get damage, but after like 0,2s they dodge again and are free to move.
I do remember sometimes prones failing during module 2 and 3. Now i see this often against those classes. They get caught, stop, but are free in a fraction of second.
Don't know what it is but may be everything of the above. Don't think it's lag cause they really stop and take damage...definetely they get hit... I paid attention to notice if it was my powers crashing on their dodge immunity...didn't seem the case but may be i missed something. Just wanted to make sure it's not a bug or something i don't know about.

I am TR and I can say what you are saying is true.
Sometimes when I get stunned it only lasts .5 of a second and by the time you start attacking or casting another skill, I can just roll away or stun you back for 4 seconds.
Maybe there is a tenacity bug?

I realized something funny just now in Icewindale PvP, a rogue and I were having a gentleman's sparring match. He would go into stealth, do his damage, come out and I would stun him for a tiny fraction of a sec. Before I could land IBS he was gone again, rinse repeat.
I lost because he was better than me, but I also felt as though my stuns were not doing much to contain him.
I said over 1000xtimes before that stun is just a joke for pvp, we need Prones back!!
whit stun we got a high fail rate over 80% of stuns just missed..
stuns is are big disadvantage for Gwf no more chance to catch other players-
CW just using blink nonstop from left to right ot TR dodge and stealth.. and so on...
1 is needed at least for Frontline Surge as Sentinel or Takedown!

Deflection didn't really effect the amount of time it took for people to get back up once they were proned. The only consequences of deflection would be the damage would be cut down, but proned would be proned. It's not like you'd fall flat on your face and then spring back right up because you deflected it.
Since those prones have now changed to other types of CCs... well... Let's just say that it is only now many GWF players are experiencing just how overpowering chain-prones were in previous versions of the game.
Stuns can be deflected and cut short? Welcome to the rest of the world.
Stop making excuses. Be a man. If you know something to be broken, stop using it. Otherwise, you've got no right to be speaking of 'balance.'

He would come at me and I would blink. Usually I'm stunned, this time it was like I moved and had time to get my choke on him most times.
after match I got to thinking that it was "different" from usual.
And after he did get a stun off on me, he beat me silly, and I still had half a health bar left. No changes in my gear, not sure about his.
Not surprised if something is buggy.
I have all kinds of issues with bugs, not the least of which is that my boe gear I bought became char bound when I purchased it.
Sent in tickets so save telling me to. both to CS and bug report so it is as covered as it can be.
As for stuns not working
Other way around, about half the time my choke seems to not 'take' on rogues.
If ya'll figure it out I'd sure like to know if it is new mechanics or bug or what.
