Is Half Elf racial dilattante working?

Doesnt seemt o give +1 to any stat at all..

    Very odd. Last time I made a character it was working just fine.

    Is the character in question a Scourge Warlock?

    Its a Half Elf Cleric with the

    16 WIS 15 STR 13 CHA 11 INT 11 CON 9 DEX roll profile
    +2 Cha +2 Con Race default
    +2 Wis +2 Con Racial ability Bonus

    That would make WIS: 18 STR: 15 CHA: 13 INT: 11 CON: 13: DEX: 9

    nm i see I have INT 12, but i tho clerics would get the dilattante to CON? WHy does it go to INT?

    Also if they let Dragonborn choose their stats why cant half elfs choose their dillantante?

    Please would be ncie if you fix this Cryptic, you dont need tyo do it ALL for people who buy 100 dollars packs...

    It is, and last I checked it was working. The list of stats increased can be viewed here in the Neverwinter Gamepedia.

    Would be nice if you could choose what non class stats it goes to

    it should be dexterity for the SW
