Moonlight Gate Access Bugged

I sent a support case that I had completed the Sharandar campaign to unlock both Malabog's Castle Key, as well as the Malabog Castle Realm so that I can start doing quests through the Moonlight Gate with my 5th character. However, while I have the key in my inventory, I get a red message at the Moonlight Gate saying that the key is required and will not give me access. I did not have this issue with the other 4 characters I have at Level 60 and working the Sharandar campaign, including Moonlight Gate.

Support said this should be a bug report because they could not replace the key or do anything on their part, so this thread is my "bug report" on the Moonlight Gate, and I hope it is resolved soon.

    Support said to report this issue as a bug, so is a developer or someone going to comment on this? I worked hard to get my 5th character (Trickster Rogue) to Level 60 and work the Sharandar and Dread Ring campaigns so that I could unlock the Moonlight Gate. It works for all of my other characters, but not my Trickster.

    I had just completed and unlocked the Realm of Malabog a few days or so before the bug happened, but never tried going through the gate right away like the other characters. This is really hampering my campaign work with the Trickster and it's frustrating.

    Somebody please give an update on what's going on here.
