    It's leveling gear but can also be crafted by leatherworkers. I am not sure on the name of the set but IIRC Harper Windel wears has this look as well. It could be the +2 or +3 HR crafted set. Iknow for a fact it isn't +1 or +4 which my HRs wear.

    It looks like "Black Strumpet" the way it's being worn. Perhaps "Soiled Dove?". If not either of those it could simply be "Ninja <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>". But I digress. The latex look just doesn't do it for me.
