1 week and Legend pack Purchase still under Review

Purchased my dragonborn legend pack a week ago and it is still under review. This is my first time using paypal to buy something so I think that has something to do with it. And I have yet to receive customer support on the matter. I'm curious to know if anyone else is experience a similar delay with there purchase through paypal?

    I purchased my pack a day before Mod 4 release via Paypal and I've had no problems.

    I use paypal for almost everything, so my paypal is verified. When you first make a paypal account they ask you to verify it. I don't remember exactly what's required, but I do know its something you have to do on the site before they allow any purchases to go through.

    hmm. unfortunately this is a matter best directed towards either paypal or PWE billing support. i would suggest directing these questions to them in order to get the answers towards a resolution. no one at the forum level can resolve this for you.
