Fix for Assailing Force

We have a fix for Assailing Force going to preview today as we currently believe it is one of the leading causes of extra Control Wizard damaging effects currently.

Here is the upcoming patch note:
Assailing Force: This feat may now be resisted and deflected in PVP.

    AF is the last feat in the Thaum class and it will be change again.....this is a special feat why should it be resisted? :( Again Control Wizard is a control type class but still Wizard is the best damager of all RPGs because they have less defense.

    yea why should ppl play class that is broken op in pvp and pve, its something unheard of
