It seems most standard armor helms have no visible models on Dragonborn characters. However, I noticed there are a couple of transmutable skins in the Dragonborn pack. One is a ceremonial band, and the other is a proper helm.
Here's the question (parsed in two parts, sort of): First, are these "one use" skins or can you transmute a headpiece, and when you find an upgrade, transmute the already transmuted older helm without incurring an astronomical AD price-tag? And assuming they are one-use, can you get replacements by visiting the Claims Agent again, or are these truly one-and-done-choose-carefully-my-son type of thing you'll likely want to save for post-60?
I'd truly like to have some sort of helm, but have been reluctant to transmute anything until I find out for sure I'm not depriving myself of a later use.
Thanks for the help.

they only get one free appearance change however you can reclaim them as many times as you want so long as its not in your bags
Tested and confirmed: you can perpetually (re-)claim the Dragonborn package from the Reward Claims Vendor to replace the helmet skins. As it only replaces those items that are not located anywhere in your global inventory (meaning, your packs, personal bank, shared bank, guild vault or equipped), all that you get when you claim it is the Dragonborn Ceremonial Band skin, and the box containing your cosmetic armor as well as the helmet skin.

I was hoping this would be the case, thanks for confirming.
