I've noticed that if both my HR and CW are interrupted when using a daily power, sometimes the cast is still successful but without depleting their Action Points at all. (Allowing them to follow up with another daily immediately.)

    what you see it's just the animation, it doesn't deal any damage because of that you see they use another daily right after the previous one.

    Actually sometimes it does (do damage both times). It is long time bug appearing and disappearing between patches. I remember times, when i was able to cast 2-3-4 ice knifes in a row. Now as devs "fixed" some casting times it is possible that old "features" appeared again. I will spend some time testing it :)
