Revealing the Dragonborn Companion

Hey,

We did it! We couldn't have reached our first Season Of Dragons goal without all of our amazing Neverwinter fans. Head to the blog to get a sneak peek at the companion, and remember this companion isn't a Zen Market item it will be in the Wondrous Bazaar.

    He looks cool, but my main concern is that he'll be a striker, which even if the active bonus is good, will be lacking in actual usefulness. Make him a good tank or even some variety of Paladin, and then you got me.

    Yeah we need more details, what quality level is he going to be, what's the active bonus, what's the ad price point?

    This companion looks <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>. The bracers/gloves make me think it's a melee companion rather than caster? Striker or Defender?

    It might be a warlock maybe? so a striker type.

    I'm happy you can roll out new stuff. I look forward to seeing it in game once you get around to fixing the bug preventing myself and others from logging in.

    It's not going to be in the Zen Market. It's at the Wondrous B. So I'm sure it will be lots of AD!

    We'll be revealing more about the companion in a few weeks when it gets closer to the live date.

    I wasn't too happy about Sharandar lol but the Dragonborn Companion is Beast.

    watch it end up being green or blue for 800k+ ad.. with some bonus nobody wants.... but hey it looks cool.

    For some reason I saw Dragonborn and the first thing that popped into my brain was Skyrim, anyway look forward to getting him!

    That means probably 300 power at epic, not sure if you'd be better off with a non-stat pet or not, My guess is non-stat pets still win.
