Dragon Bone Transmute

Okay so they give rare items but why? Since this is a new module shouldn't all the items be epic or legendary? Anyway if these items are meant for transmution (which I hope they are because the stats aren't good) Then can we at least get a free transmute?

    They are the new Mulhorand items that can be given to level 1 people and the stats scale with their level.

    So they are scrap in away for us level 60s unless you want to transmute your gear I've course :)

    You can start the campaign at less than level 30.
    I wasted five million AD promoting the Foundry.

    You can transmute all weapons for 103ad as a level 60. Farm the Dread Legion skirmish for the turmain(sp) weapon(s) you want. Then transmute the weapon you like the look of onto the Dread Legion weapon(s), and then transmute onto your own weapon as normal.
