Issue entering Realm of Malabog

Just wanted to report that I can no longer access the Realm of Malabog. I've already gotten the key and done the dailies twice, but today it's telling me I can not enter it and a Moonlight Gate Key is required for access.

    I completed the campaign for the Malabog Moonlight Gate key with my 5th character last week sometime, but didn't go through the gate until I tried 2 days ago and couldn't.

    At first the key was missing from my inventory, then yesterday, the key was back, but I still could not go through Moonlight Gate.

    I created a ticket to support about it, and they asked me to send photos of my Sharandar campaign page, along with my inventory. I did this, and today, they said that it sounds more like a bug than a missing item that was accidentally sold or otherwise. They said I should submit the issue as a bug report.

    So here I am submitting the bug report that my Trickster Rogue cannot get through the Moonlight Gate, even though the key is now showing up in my inventory. Come to think of it, I haven't checked the gate with the other 4 characters because I've been skilling my new Warlock ... will have to check that out.

    Hope this gets fixed soon.
