This overload enchantment procs all the time, a player with such enchantment on is untouchable because when I attack them I pretty much one shot myself with my own damage. Please review and fix it, thank you.

Yeah. Most Top Leaderboard players are exploting this. Not fair. Won't get anywhere close by playing legit...

You could always buy one for yourself.

Yes, then they can both die at the same time. Adds to the fun eh?

    Just posting an example:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vOBvEhz8cKQ

    Problem is TWO fold:
    1) They NEED to respect DR and tenacity (currently is just pure 600 damage)
    2) They NEED to have a 1 sec ICD on each proc (max of 20)

    3) The Blue Dragon Glyph needs to be WEAKER than the black and red ones (offensive) it causes tank players to deal a TON of extra damage. Greater Blue should be dropped to 400 damage a hit, and Lesser to 200.

This needs to get fixed ASAP!!!!! These things arent even that great in PVE, but its totally breaking PVP. Even just a flat 1 sec ICD right now would HELP solve the issue, they would still be OP then...
