Up/Down Keys No Longer Work in Mail

It is no longer possible to scroll up and down through messages in the Inbox using the up and down arrows. Selecting a message with a mouse click still works.

    It works, but is inconsistent. It works for me from time to time. Just reporting that it sometimes works, and still broke.

    Do you mean moving from one message to the next or scrolling within one message?

    If it's from one to the next, try clicking on the mail line then pressing up/down.

    If it's within one message, try clicking on the scroll area where the message appears.

    I'm not sure either of these will solve your problem, but that's my best guess at a solution.

    Possible work-around

    I can share a "workaround" for this one, arrow keys work as long as you haven't selected a message with the mouse cursor. So, if you just open mail or switch tabs you can keep scrolling with arrow keys as long as you don't click a message.

    You can also click on the Mail window's title to get back to that same initial state where up/down arrows work.
