Just want to say I enjoyed the last class quest. Getting to kill the quest giver for Belial was great. It filled my black little heart with joy.

I decided to take the punishment since I wasn't sure if it affected future quests and I felt mean. I should have either copied my char to preview or restarted the mission :c

I went the 'moral' route for RP reasons (my toon has a particular back story). Plus she just wasn't annoying enough for me to want to murder her.

I killed her too. Did the other class quest chains end around level 30 as well? Seemed kinda abrupt to me...

Strange, I killed her and she was still standing in PE like nothing happened.

My warlock isn't a goodie two shoes, like she assumed.

For RP reasons, I figured it was a test to see my true nature and all I killed was an illusion. I'll have to log in and see if she's still there.

So she was still there in PE, which is disappointing, but I doubt this game has a way for taking out NPC characters like that. I do however enjoyed giving the option and making a choice. I actually had to think about it but then, the evil side took over.

I hope they will be dropping more decision making in this game, especially if it will affect the (personal) game world.

Well the tech is there, if only in the most minor sense. The most noticeable aspect of it is the view of the tower of solace from from protectors enclave. If you have never done the Linkletter quest chain and witnessed the spellburst from the tower, the tower will appear normal. However, if you have done the quest chain, the top of the tower will appear to be blown off from that point on.

The tech can work for NPCs as well. The rogue class quests are a good example of this. NPCs show up on various maps, one of them being PE, that are only visible to the rogue on that quest.

Not sure why it wasn't done in this case, might simply be a case of rushing to make the hard release deadline.

Probably no way to change the world. Only a few games do this, TESO and WoW to my mind, and they had to build what they called a phasing engine. Even though these were both big budget games the phasing is very buggy and you often can't group with people because of it.

Killed the heck out of her I knew she was on breaking contract levels with some of the tasks she got me to do when Belial gave me the choice? I killed her I want more grey quests like this. My warlock is not a goodie two shoes like she assumed who knows maybe I am just making myself look good for Belial so more people would enter pacts?

My background is my sun elf was a drow slave not exactly nice Belial made an offer he took it fully knowing what he is so he could have the power to escape.

Who is to say? Her fault for assuming.

It was interesting that Belial thought I did not have it in me to do it and said he could see I am going to have even have greater power in the future *looks at level 60*

After I killed her, She was no longer present in PE for me. It seems that this is buggy - like a lot of other stuff in game xD

Havnt checked others yet, but for my warlock she is not there. And yes I killed her. However others in the thread have said they also killed her, but she is still there.
