Fang of Bahamut, how does it work?

so i got the promo code, got the item, but every time i try to use it, whether by double-clicking or from a Potion slot, it says i cant use it.

has anyone figured out how this thing is supposed to work?

EDIT: Also, are we supposed to get only ONE for our entire account?

    It looks to be a one-time consumable item. Guess I'd hang onto it until they clarify usage, tho.

    You just equip it in your belt slot and you get a permanent passive damage boost when you attack Dragons ,it's only 197 or whatever , you don't activate it or anything , just leave it in your belt slot then the effect works when you attack Dragons .

    I got this today it wont let me do anything with it. I keep getting you cannot use this power. Tried to equip it in the 3 4 5 slots by right clicking it and choosing that option. Tried to click use, or equip, also tried to drag it into the belt slot. Does this not work on a control wizard?

    Yeah a little gutted it's one per account. As someone with 8 toons that means it's never getting used since I'm so conservative.

    You have to drag it to the belt slots to equip it then it gives you a small passive damage increase against dragons.

    Isn't enough if you put it on the item tray? Do you have to merge with the belt?
    It listed as consumable.


    I guess I have to w8 till artifact belt drops to merge with them :(

    It isn't a temporary consumable , I posted pictures in my post above.

    The log clearly tells the damage indeed. You just have to swap it to the inventory tray.

    It is not bind on equip..so you can move it between your characters. I had to drag mine to my belt bar.

    I thought it was a blue quality and has a couple of stats on it? false advertisement?

    That's a belt though. Much better in the consumable slot. Though it taking up a slot kind of sucks.

    No the Fang is from the free promo code a couple of days ago , not the dragonborn pack.

    it's actually the same, i have the Pack and got the Item from the code and both are green quality nonetheless. something is really messed up

    Oh that's why I have 2 claimable ones... Still it's somewhat useful to have spare :D

    They really should go back and fix that. Or if it's coded as the exact same item,
    make a new one and send it to pack buyers.
