Race Reroll Token does not preserve existing face

The Race Reroll Token's description says my existing appearance is preserved if I do not choose a different Race. However, it does not do that. It doesn't preserve my existing face. And in the interface, there is no option to choose the original face.

The following screenshot was took on January 18th, 2014. It shows the "Head Shape" section of character appearance customization:

And now the section has been changed and I can no longer find the previous options:

    All I want to do is just re-rolling ability score, and it tries to force me to change my face.

    The tooltip is wrong. They said it would work early on then came back and said the models for the old style are no longer available. SADLY it is working as intended.

    Just as I thought. It should have stated that clearly. :( I wouldn't buy the token if I knew that.

    Then we need an option to let us jump right to ability score re-rolling interface without going through appearance customization interface.

    The long-draped hairstyle is missing from the character creation/tower of alterations for human males

    Yeah. However, our existing characters' appearances are all fine if we don't use the token. Therefore it looks like the code for old appearance is still functioning. We just need a way to avoid going through the new appearance customization and then we would be good.

    Personally I prefer the old appearance customization options. The options in the new one look effeminate. In fact, they look like Britney Spears in different ages. I'm not gonna let my character's face be changed to any one of them.
