Items are NOT stacking (bye inventory slots)

Lesser Fey Blessing Enchants, Black Ice Enchants, etc.... When I split stack of 20 into 2 stacks of 10, I cannot get them back to be 1 stack of 20. Instead, when I drag and drop, it opens refining window.... (splitting is just one of ways to test this)

I HAVE to apply for a job at Cryptic. I want to know how on Earth are you guys able to, something that works perfectly, make NOT work at all. Also, I'm super curious what part of code needed to be changed so it had this bug as a side effect.

    TEMPORARY SOLUTION - send items to yourself(mailbox), then take them back. When game put items into your inventory, it stacks. When you do it yourself, it opens refining window.

    Glad I'm not the only one. How the hell they $crew things which were completely fine before? Facepalm.

    PS: thanks for the temporary solution, crazy ;) tried everything but that, haha :rolleyes:

    You can also use the sort button, it combines stacks.

    It probably happened because they change the order of the options in the context menu.
    Somehow the default action for clicking and dropping became refine then...

    I just ran into this today (with stacking of R4 Radiants). Tried to add 4 more to a stack of 12 in my bank. Wouldn't stack in my inventory, or my bank (would default to the refining window). What did work was double clicking on the two different stacks from the bank, which added them to my inventory and stacked automatically.

    Probably the same behavior as solution given above using the in-game mail system.

    Worked too, thanks, Micky ;) (didn't tried that before because I sort my stuff a bit differently)
