Artifact belt drop?

Did anyone actually get any belts from these dragons yet?..

    i think dragon HE reward is dps based but since there are around 40 ppls killing dragon in 10sec~ there is almost no chance to obtain it through HEs i guess

    But someone would have gotten it by now and I haven't seen anyone. Is the information false or is the droprate bad?

    If it's DPS based then that's pretty poor design as support classes and builds not optimally built for PvE are going to lose out.

    There's a blue +con belt for sale on the AH atm. I'm guessing it came in a pack of some sort? Do the belts drop from the HE encounter? I thought they would only drop from the skirmish/dungeon. I've got a blue off hand item from the dragon that increased with your level. I've seen people get the fashion clothes from it. Does anyone know what all drops from it?

    Side note, what are the dragon hoard coins used for?

    AH blue belts are from tyrant artifact boxes that come out from lockboxes.
