where is my BOE dragon heart artifact?

i bought dragorn born pack when i opened it , it had BOE dragon heart artifact , i logged off , when i came back online and i see it had became BOP :(
the problem is that , i dont need that artifact and was planning to sell it , i have 3 rank 100 artifact so i dont need dragon heart artifact , i didnt slot it or refined but it became bound .


so sad :(

    I thought the artifact was supposed to be BOP?

    the artifacts from what i noticed were BoP and supposed to be that way i thought but this picture does show it BoE

    Uh... yeah... right. Claimable on every character on account and BoE? Ummm, no.

    It's either/or - I'd rather it be BoP and reclaimable rather than a once-off BoE, thank you very much. If you don't want it, don;t use it. Problem solved. As for the picture, it shows the Legendary version BoE. Now, simple LOGIC would dictate that no one had these yet, so the screenshot was taken by the DEVS - who, ummm, created the thing. So it makes sense that everything THEY have is BoE by default.

    That could be part of why we had maintenance this morning.

    I hope we don't have guild banks stuffed full of BoE epic artifacts, like the mess with Stones of Radiance.

    And OP: You should be able to understand how infinitely reclaimable BoE artifacts are a bad idea (see Stones of Radiance).

    lol i m not talking about reward claim agent artifact , i m talking about what i got when i 1st got my pack , i didnt get if from reward claim agent but it was in my inventory when i bought it. the artifact from reward claim agent is BOP. but when u 1st get it its BOE(not from claim agent but its already in ur inventory).
