BI Arms and Main Hand Drops??

Last month in the "Preview" part of the forums, I read that the BI arms and main hand would be able to be purchased?
Any information on this? Or is it just a rumor?

    News to me, but I hope not - I worked **** hard for the bits I have and I am still looking for main hand on one toon!
