One of my characters did not receive a forced feat reset

One of my GWF characters did not receive a forced feat respect at the launch of mod 4 today as intended. All other characters on my account including the other GWF did received the respect as intended.

I submitted an in game bug report and a GM ticket regrading this issue.

I do have both a free and purchased respect so worse case scenario I'm just use one of those but still. Anyone else not get a respec?

    If you don't feats which were re-worked you're not going to get it. My HR only had some feats which were changed and only the points from those were reset. My Level 40 GWF didn't get one, but it didn't need it.

    Cool. None of my 3 level 60 GWFs got it. Two SM's and one IV.

    My GWF also didn't get the forced feat respec. Would be nice to know if the respec is conditional and what those conditions are.

    I have the same problem with my Hunter Ranger.. filled all till paragon tree ( second feat in paragon tree is filled and next one's no) Wth.. i do respec 4-5 days before this update and i don't understand why "everyone" get that for free and i must pay for that -.- ffs.. i don't rly have AD for respec :O
