Race change token missing in dragonborn pack !!

Where is the race change token from the dragonborn pack ???

Becouse it was not inside it and not in the secondary pack.

    What does your character select screen say? Do you have the option to change race? It might not actually be a physical item.

    Have you checked the vendor that stores all the other pack rewards? It might be separate since it is only one per account.

    My race change actually vanished. I HAD it available, but was waiting for the Dragonborn to be fixed to use it.

    Now the dragonborn is fixed, and it's telling me to buy another one.

    Yes just opened my Dragon Legend Pack

    I have all the items but NO race Change Token >

    Any help please on the procedure for getting it .. I paid for the pack as soon as it was released.

    This is likely going to have to be resolved via customer support. I would suggest submitting a ticket.

    Customer support ? Get real. This is not an isolated issue, everyone who purchased the pack has the same problem - inability to access the new race.

    yes, customer support. if it is a widespread issue, they need to be able to gauge it. can't do that from a few people on the forums.

    in other words, if you are missing something from your purchased pack, submit a support ticket. we can't do anything about it here on the forums.
