    ditto, purchased it weeks ago and redeemed code on arc, wont allow me to select the race and continue the character creation

    Can you belive, not a SINGLE dev actualy tested it?.. im SO amazed by em
    75.. i mean 75 ****ING $$$ more then the price of a WHOLE GAME for this.. and its not working.

    I got the Dragonborn Items avaliable at the items redeemer tho meaning that the pac is actualy, correctly brought.
    Just the class in the character creation is unavaliable.
    Everyone wanna start the warlock.. and if the news spread fast that DB is not working, no one is gonna but it.

    Seriously Cryptic.....got the same problem here. Spent 75$ for your pack......75$ dollars and still....after the wait, no dragonborn. Comon !!!

    I have my items at the vendor... but same here class will not open up??????

    No comments / news from PW, been 2 hours now.
    No points on paying something outrageously too expensive, DAYS ago and its not even working.

    Same here I can't access it either and I paid for it.

    I had purchased Dragonborn pack before 10th August, and until now, I am not receiving the pack in - game(i know where to pick the pack, but the Dragonborn pack not in vendor). So disappointed and angry.

    I bought the Dragonborn Legend Pack on July 25th through Arc website and paypal. Got the transaction receipt and the $74.99 was taken out of my account, but I still can't create a Dragonborn character. This type of customer service is unacceptable. If I order something at a retail store or an online store and didn't get the item I paid for, they would either compensate for the delay, give me my money back or both. I read somewhere on their web site said this was fixed, and guess what? It isn't.

    Pah.
    I've been waiting for some support via ticket system for three days straight by now. I've purchased that pack before content release and up until now I havent received neither race change token nor stylish item sets nor that useless artifact nor any other items/unlocks announced to be in this pack. Three days straight.
    Well, it isn't really surprising.
    If you try to go to the forum tech support section, you'll get this:

    If you try to use ingame support and write a ticket, you'll be stuck waiting for nothing for several days.
    Actually, I've received an "answer". Here it is:

    Guess what? This came on 15 August. Two days within "escalated case".
    Guess what else? Tomorrow is Monday and I am walking straight to my bank, issuing a moneyback request. PW were quite notorious for their frauds during "promo actions", but this one is just far beyond common sense.

    I've threatened Ghostcrawler and got permabanned at Blizzard forums.
    I went mad at PL "community" in SWTOR and got permabanned.
    Believe me, you don't want to see the tickets I used to sent to CCP. I got permabanned from EVE.
    I was infuriated by the amount of autists in League of Legends and got permabanned. Twice.
