Will your Warlock be the basic Vanilla Warlock or Pre-loaded with Skull Burning goodness?

http://neverwinter.gamepedia.com/Scourge_Warlock

I have saved up Zen and AD and have my Warlock ready to roll with

Companions: Ghost - Always wanted to see how it plays = +10 Companion attack
Skeletal Dog - Life Steal Bonus - I love Life Steal Characters - My Favourite then Rangers/Bow
Entertainer - Because it is awesome

Note: Also have 6 Green Account wide companion unlocks including the Stone!
+ LV 60 rings etc for the companion sockets (Will be leading with my Entertainer and some Ghost Play)

Gear:Fools Crown of Neverwinter
Belt, Ring and Amulet of the Xvim
http://neverwinter.gamepedia.com/Slayer_Ring_of_the_Xvim
http://neverwinter.gamepedia.com/Slayer_Belt_of_the_Xvim
http://neverwinter.gamepedia.com/Slayer_Amulet_of_the_Xvim
+ Foundry Cloak's (will not need though but available before hitting lv 4 in PE)

Fashion: Dyed Black Fashion Items (should look like a Black garbed Warlock with horns)

Stones: Rank 7's Across the board!
Soulforged Enchantment

Artifacts: Have unlocked the TR, HR, CW and GF. Will be using the CW Artifact to push the MObs back. (+ have refining stones to take to lv 30 instantly)

Extras: 110 Tome of Companion experience + some Bigger Companion boost stones.
3000 AD
1000 Gold (lol I have so much Gold)
Men at Arms for leadership
Festival Foods
Lliaras Bell
Teleportation Scrolls

And/or if the Warlock Pack is good enough I will Buy that since I have the Zen.

Also will be looking at the Ancient Mulhorand Gear http://neverwinter.gamepedia.com/Ancient_Mulhorand_Cloak. Although having everything scalable to level 60 does spoil some of the fun of pve.

Looks like I will Probably have to buy an extra BAG!

Been saving AD and refining mats since they announced the Warlock, so more than a months worth of supplies.

    Gear:
    Xvim Belt, Ring, and Amulet.
    Rank 8 Black Ice Enchants
    Plaguefire Weapon Enchant
    Soulforged Armor Enchant
Greycloak's Legacy Mainhand (it doesn't level with you, but it's a mid teens blue weapon with an offensive enchant slot that can be equipped at level 4, makes those first couple of zones trivial)
Delzoun Mainhand (decent starter weapon once I do get to 60)

    Companions:
    1. Skeletal Dog
    2. Ioun Stone of Radiance
    3. One dual stat pet power/recovery or power/AP
4 + 5. Will likely wait till 60 for pets 4 and 5 (seems like a waste of Zen to open them up early), which will be non-stat DPS pets like the dancing blade and Fire Archon or something along those lines (warlock pack looks like it will have a crit severity Eryines in it, so that would be a good option for one of the two).

Will use some of the new stuff from the Dragonborn pack:
    Heart of the Red Dragon
    Ring of the Dragonslayer
    R8 Draconic Enchantment

Enough AD and hopefully enough tomes of companion XP to purple out all my first 3 companions and buy any refining items needed to upgrade stuff. Might have enough refining stones to top out the Artifact. Going to be a little short on the Zen I meant to have, I should have had an ample supply, but a hacker pulled down my ZAX offers and now the backlog is long enough the exchange won't go through before the module hits.

Also been hoarding the character XP tomes, don't have a lot of them, but enough to jump some quick levels.

Biggest issue is we're short at work and I'm getting a lot of overtime, which will continue at least through the release of mod 4. Won't get to do any first day leveling craziness that a lot of others will...not that I'm complaining, RL money is > a few early levels.

Edit: Rereading your post I realize I have a few other things I'll use/likely use -
    Lliaras Bell
    Bag of Holding (12 Slots)
Health Stones (a couple of them sitting around, one greater at 200 charges)
110% Mount (Heavy Giant Spider or Medium Adventurer's Horse)

From promotions I have stone of radiance and 2 green companions. Since they do my 60s little good I also have several XP and companion XP tomes. I already manufacture leather goods and Artificing so he should be well equiped.

I always play "vanilla" my new characters, I'll just get him a few account bound things that I have around and can't sell...

Id much rather play a new class totally vanilla. But not for RP reasons. I feel, I get to know the class and its powers better if I play it naturally. Rather then overpowering my way to 60 and only then, finding out its problems and weaknesses. A little extra time spent to learn a class naturally is a fair price to pay to be a more effective player.

I have access to a ton of companions, but the only "twinking" I'm doing is the Laughing Skull companion for tanking and hilarity purposes.

I bought a couple fairly cheaply after a key sale when there were lots on the AH, and I'm going to use one and sell the other to some poor sucker who didn't think ahead. :P

Gear, whatever happens to drop since you out level it anyway. might have one of those mulholland cloaks. craftables shirt/trousers will be greens and are easy enough to get done.

Enchants, might take them off my TR since I find it a really dull class to play.

Minions, I have various account wides and think the TR will have the coins for an angel if I really want a healy one.

Levelling in NW isnt exactly hard as shown by the way you can easily outlevel a zone and skip the next in the series quite often. So the need to pimp out a character as you level really isnt needed.

Levelling is so easy that I've never seen the point of heavily twinking a new character. I'll be making use of account-bound stuff like companions/mounts and I'll probably transfer some gold, AD, and enchants from an alt I'm not playing any more. But that's it.
    Jenna Sunsoul - Justice Tankadin
    Aelar Hawkwind - Archer
Karrin Feywinter - Mistress of Flame
    Errin Duskwalker - Executioner
    Darquess - Soulbinder

I'm not gonna roll a SW for another month or two. Instead imma complete mod 4, spam dungeon runs, and sell every SW drop at insanely inflated prices. After I complete mod 4 and SW gear prices drop I'll roll 2 SWs, one ♂ one ♀, max their professions, and blitz them through modules 1-4. By the time I finish Mod 5 will be just around the corner....

I always try to level through 1-60 without dying once - and without any help or support. My GWF was my first char, he died in Vellosk the first time, my CW and my DC died at the frost wolf in Icespire peaks the first time... my HR at the shaman in Pirate's Skyhold :P My TR slipped in the last dungeon in the ilithid caverns over a cliff after teleporting using his daily to a mob which was standing at the edge. The only character which managed to get alive out of all situations is my GF dwarf.. only he can tell all tales of his adventures. Perhaps my SW will manage to do the same, but the GF really has big advantages in survivability. xD
    Suggestions to improve NW:
    - Dualspec
    - Better rewarding foundry and foundry pvp maps
    - Custom PvP leagues with leaderboards instead of the current 'matchmaking'.
    - Armory
    - make jumping cost stamina (to reduce hopping in pvp)

I"m curious about SW in pvp,So I'll be leveling that way.I'll use glory cache to get tenacity gear right off the bat, well at 15 at least.I imagine there will be several pvp groups of nothing but SWs.

I have the purple Clydesdale mount, a few R5/R6 enchants, some companion training items. I usually play a vanilla build as well but this is my sixth toon and I'm getting a bit tired of the grind. DR, Shar, and IWD have burned me out too. I'll be saving up my Thayan Ciphers as I envoke so I don't have to run around DR quite as much.

As for skipping sections - don't be an idiot like I was. I skipped Neverdeath on my DC and couldn't figure out why I didn't have enough bag space. Then I remembered - that's where you get the last free pack you bonehead :(
    I aim to misbehave

I'm in the "bit of both" category ... I will use the account-wide stuff I have (choice of 6 companions, a mount and the 30-slot bag from the new pack). I will not transfer any items/enchants or such to the new char - he (or she, I haven't decided yet) will have to earn his/her way ... just gets the account-wide stuff for an easier start in life.
    Hoping for improvements...

It is (with the exception of pre-buff GWFs who were astonishingly underpowered), fairly easy to get any class to 60 without dying, even totally untwinked, even if you also avoid buying anything from the AH.

The real challenge is to finish the entire story quest-line while trying not to use a single pot. I think I have only ever managed this once, and that on a Mod 2 GWF, but usually for melees I end up having to pot at the last boss of Mount Hotenow who is a true pain without range attacks. In fact I usually have to pot more at that boss than I need for the rest of the storyline combined. Bad luck on the Dire Wolf boss or the idiotic teleporting boss from the Chasm can also result in having to use a pot, with the later almost seeming to be down to pure luck on a melee.

But honestly, outside a very few boss encounters, you can pretty much avoid ever needing to use a pot. In fact trying to get up to level 16 without using a pot (so you can get your Cleric companion) is a LOT harder than from 16-60 with the notable exception of the bosses previously mentioned.

So I am curious to see if my Warlock can (totally untwinked) finish the entire story-line without needing to use a single pot. I doubt my first one will, as I haven't played them on Preview at all, but as I am planning to make two, hopefully one will be able to lifesteal their way to success....

    ASIDE:

For anyone familiar with other MMOs, I always also tried to get "the Undying" moniker in LOTRO for all my toons in a similar fashion, without twinking, just by following the quest-line as opposed to grinding easy mobs. It isn't the hardest achievement to get, but it does pretty stressful when you are within sight of the goal and have a couple of nasty encounters ahead of you.....

I plan on playing my warlock vanilla, and not for RP purposes. I want to learn and know how to play my toon instead of power leveling and trying to figure it all out at level 60. I do have some account wide green companions which I will use though.
