How do I add a screenshot to a GM ticket?

I was asked to show two screenshots regarding an issue I am having in game. I followed the instructions on taking the SS and saving the SS, but I am having a hard time creating a new ticket and adding those screenshots. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks:cool:

    The easiest way is to upload them to imgur (the least annoying free image host), and then just put the URL to the image in your ticket. I've done that a few times, it's quick and painless.
