  Probably an obvious question but was it regular or epic version of Karrundax? You need a different key for each.

  We made 2 runs, first one used our daily dungeon key. 2nd run we all had epic dungeon key and ran epic karrundax. Received all epic boss drops, but when done NO CHEST.
