SW Fury with Terror enchantment

Can anyone confirm that Creeping Death (Warlock Fury path capstone) procs from Terror enchantment?

If so, Terror is very much BiS for Fury or am I missing something?

It did but no it doesn't but there's also a dev quote from long ago saying it should. It being a bug or Wai is up in the air.

It used to proc from Terror enchant, and the they "fixed" Creeping Death to only proc from necrotic damage. Except apparently they means "necrotic damage only originating from a SW ability", not a Terror/Lifedrinker/Tenebrous enchant. I've no idea if this is WAI, but currently Creeping death does not proc from any necrotic source that isn't from an at-will, encounter, feat or daily that is SW-specific.

Wasn't this the argument for the LS loop, which cause all mobs' dead?

No that was a boon with the temptation feat. This while powerful if it worked wouldn't cause the same degree of problems as the LS thing caused an infinite feedback loop that killed everything instantly and crashed peoples clients.

It's still in no way, shape or form equivalent.

I warned them a month ago that exactly this might happen:

This is the very post I was referring to.

A year ago, no one abbreviated "working as intended". Why is that happening so much on this forum?

It's had that abbreviation on mmo forums for years and years.

So much stuff breaks on Neverwinter that abbreviating it to WaI when they need to know if something is working probably saves people lots of time? xD
