Dodging is this a bug

well i have a wood elf with a racial called shift that auto binds to the shift key on my keyboard and when i try dodge nothing happens and also my racial wont activate either . am i missing something or is my character bugged

sorry im a newbie there likely a simple explaination =p

    Double click meaning double tap the direction you want to roll. I prefer using shift and you can disable the accidental double taps in options if you want :)
