How to redeem Legend pack

I've made my purchase of the Dragonborn Legend pack, yet I do not know how to get access to these items? Do I have to wait till mod 4 to get the race or items or artifact. Or should I be able to get some of the items now?

And where do I acesss these items I'm very unfamiliar with how packs work.

    You won't get the items until mod 4 hits and then it will probably arrive by mail system in game or through the claims agent in protector's enclave

    i have made also the purchase and the only thing i got is the extra character slot. Is as matrianna says we have to wait to mod 4.

    It says right on the pack page that the items will be available upon the release of Mod 4 on 8/14

    From the info page:
    Redemption Instructions

    When your transaction is complete, all of the items in the Dragonborn Legend Pack will automatically be applied to your account. To retrieve your items in-game, you must complete the tutorial, then talk to the Reward Claims Agent in Protector's Enclave. Items will be delivered when Module 4: Tyranny of Dragons launches on August 14, 2014.

    If this works as well as recent promotions you'll probably have to wait a day or 2 longer.

    Nah. Cryptic's on top of their packs. I've purchased all the decent packs and never had a problem with late items/unlocks.
