cryptic launcher autoupdate won't connect anymore

it worked fine this morning but suddenly it won't connect anymore even after 23 tries a restart and trying to launch it as administrator... after those 23 tries it tells me i should check my internet connection but since i am posting this right now my internet is fine :P
i need help with this i want to play a little today before i go away for 2 weeks :(

    Hopefully they are looking into the Internet-Connection-Killing bug that crept back into existence for a few of people.

    I was playing this fine last night then now it wont connect to the patch server for me.. It says attempting to update launcher and can never seem to connect. what's up???

    "Unable to establish a connection to the Patch Server. Please check your Internet connection. If problems persist, please contact Technical Support."

    My internet is working fine, however. Also, tech support forums appear to be down?

    I'm having the same problem. Won't establish a connection, but I can connect to Arc and submit this post.

    Game is getting worse (Technically) with every maintenance and event...

    I have the same problem, my louncher wont conect , so i cant login into game... wtf is going on

    Ok, now i did conect with no problems... works fine now, atm

    I am unable to get game launcher to load as well. Anyone have a solution?

    I am having this problem as well... originally i couldnt get past the log in screen it would freeze ..so i restarted computer and now im getting this message (Tried to update launcher : trying 5 times ) then error "unable to establish connection patch error " cant even get to log in screen now..
