Invoking the gods not working

I hate to make threads asking for help and cluttering the forum but i'm really stuck here.I have been playing since it came out and have exp figuring things out but I just don't know why I can't get this working.My alt is level 30 and I have done everything I can to figure out why invoke isn't working and i'm sure it must be something simple but I have spent a bunch of time trying to figure it out and nothing.I need the help of someone that actually knows what they are talking about lol.I have talked to knox,felicia 'Vault of Piety' and all that stuff...could I have deleted the quest somehow?Can I jumpstart the quest again somehow?Thanks in advance,much appreciated.

    also with the same character I hit level 30 and my pro didn't unlock

    I think there's something f'd up with this character
