Cannot claim BattleField Artifact Seal reward.

I accidentally claimed it while i my riches inventory was full. And now , it doesn't allow me to claim it at all. While it doesn't have a claimed label on it, it also does not have the option for me to claim it. Will this be fixed? i waited for a server check in hopes of having it fixed via server reset but nothing happened at all. Does anyone know a fix for this ?

PS: Mods please do not move this to the bug report section... there has been multiple threads regarding this matter, and none of those threads were able to get enough views for any replies. I really need help on this one, and it seems submitting a simple ticket is no longer an option for me as it has been a while now.

EDIT: This is what my campaign window looks like right now. As you can see, it is not labeled as "claimed" but rather left blank.. I really hope Cryptic can fix this =\

    so after all the time you spent on pvp to get this artifact, you dont get it?
    that's need to be care of, and fast!

    A guildmate has the same issue. And it happened over a month ago and he sent like 5 reports in. Nothing has changed. He actually left the game (maybe this was a factor…)

    You can expect that this will be fixed… in like 4-6 months or so…

    I would say you don't have a choice but continuously bothering them. Keeping sending in those reports. Maybe 1/day will get their attention. Don't worry about being annoying, you deserved this seal and a week delay is unacceptable.

    Wow.... that sounds bad =\. I updated the thread with a screenshot, hopefully a dev sees it @_@.

    Thanks for the inputs so far guys.. i'd love to know if there are anyone else with this problem, perhaps a possible fix !

    Hi. Fairly new player. I have one of those and I've been wondering, what do we actually do with them? Mine has just been sitting in my inventory because any time I ask in zone where we trade them someone just says, 'You trade them with a vendor.', which, while technically accurate, tells me nothing.

    Go to trade of blades in protectors enclave, the guy sitting in the first room is the guy you exchange it with, or in IWD as well.

    As far as I know, the item in question is bound on character on pickup, so no harm in giving him what he deserved, and he deserved it. I am not PvP guy and I don't have patience to do all those stuff required to be done to get artifact so I respect everyone who has that patience.

    Fix the damned thing and give him and other people who has same issue their stuff. Tricks is a personal friend of mine and I won't give up on this.
