New things people would be willing to pay for

I have said for a long time that I would be willing to pay for the option of re-rolling my primary stats. I started my main character on day 1 of open beta, and ... well, let's say that my selections were not optimal in hindsight.

It looks like I will now be getting what I wanted, so PWE will be getting a little bit more of my money. However, there are a few other things I would be willing to pay for - stuff that I would like to see added to the Zen store. Now, I am sure there are other players in the same situation, so my question is - what "new" things would you be willing to see added to the Zen store?

I'll start with a few suggestions:

  1. More single-color dyes to customize armors - white, silver, gold, etc,
  2. More belt slots. Currently we have three slots - in my case, one holds a healing potion, one holds Tymora's Lucky Coin and the third holds the Adorable Pocket Pet. I have more items that fit in the belt slots, and while I can swap out the coin or the pet after using them, it would be more convenient to have more slots.
  3. Gear/power configuration presets. I sometimes have to switch gear and powers in the middle of dungeons (from a "trash cleaning" to a "boss fight" configuration, for example). Sure, I can do it manually in one minute, but it would be nice to be able to switch between preset configurations.
  4. Even bigger bags. Yeah, I carry around a lot of junk.
  5. Auto-refining - allow me to specify, for example, that "every Training runestone I pick up automatically gets spent on leveling up a particular artifact.

No game-breaking suggestions, just something that will either help my character look more like what I want or save me a bit of time here and there - and my time is valuable, so I am quite willing to pay a bit for saving some of it.
Hoping for improvements...

All great ideas. My only disagreement would be on #2. If they implement this, it really should be free or unlocked via campaign or something. Not a zen store item, could be slippery slope, next you could buy another neck slot etc

A belt slot air-strike that nukes the nearest node in dominion to me, restricted to only HR's with handles beginning with 'j'.

And what everyone else said. Also, a de-binding service to turn character-bound items into account-bound items.

Seconded on the belt slot thing. With a doohickey on top of a pocket pet and coin... well, I'm gonna have to bump up my regen.
No idea what my toon is now.

I'm fine for all apart from the auto refining. The reason is because refining is a horribly inefficient mess and they should not profit out of implementing a bad system and force us to pay to make it bearable. They need to improve the refining system in some way for free.

1,2 and 3 would indeed make people spend AD/zen. 2 and 3 are also listed in the QoL request thread.
4 is already coming in the form of a 30 slot bag with mod4, but we don't know how and at what price.
5: you don't want that. It's much more efficient to refine all 5 slots at once with the same type of enchantment. Crits better, or so I'm told, and more often too.

Yeah but when you have full stacks of enchants it takes like 5 years of fill up five and click button. Give us the option of refining using whole stacks of enchants at once.

If they want to make tons of money, all they need to do is improve their selection of cosmetics. Goggles/glasses and other ignored headwear for the head slot. So many people would buy zen for that. Lets go eve further. Make cosmetic slots for every eq piece. Even more cosmetics to buy. Also allow 'non cosmetic' items to be slotted in cosmetic slots. More customization = more cash flow for them.

Oh and dragon mounts. Pure gold.

on other games, i have seen a system with a +/- on the skill bar so that different options/ combinations could be used. I have also seen small three slotted chain attack systems and so on, so i know it is feasible for this kind of request to be made available and I know if we had it, we would use it.

I agree that some additional glamor items should be available at reasonable prices. Dragon mount sounds super sexy to me. I would purchase some nice shiny patten leather glamor gear if i could. ( Dont judge me :) )

Edit: oops forgot to say I really would like a preview on model for purchases. Sometimes you get something that looks fine in the zen store only to find that it hangs weirdly on the toon you play. I have one halfling in a dress, and it looks like she found it at a second hand store instead of the premium item it is. (of course it has nothing to do with her strangly angled belly or anything... she's a model of a fallen goddess i swear)

As a confirmed more than ten year ingame hoarder, any and all kinds of additional storage is welcome, even though i realize there is a limit for how much can be stored in a practical sense for the company. Each toon gets an allotment, so i do understand we should have to help offset the costs for any additional memory we take/ use/ etc.

My suggestion is a simple one. Make Guild banks manageable by the top three officers in case one has his lappy catch fire or falls into a ditch or simply ( gasp!) fails to return to the game for over a month. Yes this could be controversial but i am tired of hopping guilds to find the main head honcho has withered and died (not literally) and cant be reached to open permissions on the GB tabs.

I'd pay for the ability to change character race. If I ever get access to dragonborn it would be awesome to be able to turn my main into one, however I would not be willing to start over from scratch due to how much work I've already put into my main.

The (arguably overpriced) Dragonborn Legend Pack contains a Race Change token, so they may be coming.

The race change token is totally something I'll part with some real money for if something opens up that I like more than Drow. ^_^

Stables tab similar to idle companions one. The way things stand now you get a mount at 20 and due to no specific storage there's not as much reason to grind out festival mounts. With specific storage more people who arent avid collectors would be willing to spend the time in game chasing down the different looking ones.

Cosmetics could also benefit from a wardrobe tab. Although they way cosmetics work in NW would need to be brought up to snuff first. At the very least some way of designating a gender choice for clothing for those female characters that dont want to be fighting in a dress, or the male ones that do. Yes you can reskin gear but for whatever reason that excludes cosmetics so you arent allowed to use regular chest armour alongside a pegleg and tricorn hat. Overall the cosmetics setup comes across as an after thought aimed at people who like to maintain a visual look without the realisation that they could turn it into an earner if things were done well and priced to sell.

I would LOVE to have a "class changer" NOT RACE - "CLASS". Additionally I want to be able to transform my gears to that class equivalent, specially PvP gears.

I refuse to change my drow. And if it makes me have a disadvantage so be it. I always wondered if they made the racial bonus so bad so less people would take them. But its funny, most dont even pay attention and we dont have 8 trillion dark elves running around. But we will see everyone that pvp's go be a halfling.

Shame they just dont fix the race traits. People would still buy this token.

I'd love to have guild housing, cheaper character bound mounts on the Z store, less AD required to upgrade mounts, less AD required for transmuting armor/weapons. I'd spend more that way.

500 zen for ability to switch to second paragon path at click of a button.
500 zen for mount stable with 5 stalls. +100 zen for each additional stall.
1000 zen for a wardrobe where you can switch out a set of armor at a click. Make it switch enchants as well and pop up only one window for total cost to change em. 500 zen for each additional set of equipment.
    .
Things I wont spend money for zen on.
1000 zen to buy refining materials to get an item that gives me a "High" chance to win a legendary mount....or an even higher chance to get 5 pres wards.

Here's what I'd like to see:

Change the current transmutation system so that new appearances can be added to a drop-down list on the target item, and allow said appearances to be switched whenever you want, for free. Now, go and add a ton of great weapon and armor appearance items to the Wondrous Bazaar at a range of prices - from a few hundred for some basic models, to a million for some really intricate and animated ones. Also tie some transmute models to different achievements - maybe something like a spectral shield for defeating X number of ghosts or something, etc. These would have somewhat lower AD costs from the Bazaar, but require the associated achievement. Of course, all these items would be BtA or BoP.
