Qeust Freedom Path (Rothe Valley) - cannot interact with slaves

I know I completed the quest in an earlier build, but today I couldn't interact with the slaves.

    Had same problem. I ran into slaves then went to the cave to free them and it showed the quest being completed. Just could not high lite the slaves but I did complete the quest.
