i m having some issues with my graphics, i sent in game ticket but no help.

do i have to reinstall my game?

I'm seeing a broken picture (I use GetCloudApp.com in case you want to give them a go). I just had a graphical problem and it turns out it was a graphics setting that wash;t "sticking" when selected. I managed to get it fixed. Perhaps if you described your difficulty in detail?

Ok I remember seeing this problem before. Hmmm can't remember what it was though. Can you give us your system specs maybe that will jog my memory or someone elses.

Looks like it's corrupted some of the PCs "character detail" -- might try reducing that in graphic options.
Perhaps also reducing High Detail Character Animation (something like that -- 3 or 4 below character detail option).

Art Director Dev helped me on my issue, so I'll pass along his advice as something to try: Turn Lighting Quality to HIGH. Looking back on my 3D Modeling and rendering experience I don;t know why I hadn't thought of this before (it's been a few years), but it is "lighting quality" setting that affect textures the most.

Give that a go and let us know.
